One Star Each for Imran And Genelia, One star for A R Rahman for Songs and Awesome Background Score ( Specially during Sequences ) , another .5 for Ratna Pathak, Paresh Rawal, Arbaaz n Sohail Khan, All friends of the lead pair and of course for pappu n friends 
yes, it is a great song. it gives star status to the new youngsters. However, the opening bit is a clean take off from a telugu song from Bommarillu film composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The rest of the song is clean, i think and hope.
ooppss…forgot to mention the song from Bommarilu is Akado Ikkado..if you slow down the pace of the opening lines of this song we get the opening lines of Kabhi kabhi aditi
